Each piece of stained glass we offer is our original design. Special orders are welcome. We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and know you will enjoy it as much as we do. Each piece is individually hand-crafted so there will be differences from piece to piece. We work very hard to match the color of the glass as accurately as possible with the type, or breed, of animal depicted but glass shades vary so expect each piece to be slightly different.

My entire life has been spent collecting animals. I’ve had everything from snakes, exotic lizards and prairie dogs to pot bellied pigs. Currently I am owned by two show horses, a miniature burro, six parrots, Sugar Gliders, two Boston Terriers and four Brussels Griffons. My artwork is absolutely an inspired gift! It brings me great joy when the person who has commissioned my work really recognizes his/her beloved pet. I am thrilled to be in a position to help someone forever document the way he/she wants to remember this treasured family member. While I do work from photos, it is not necessary to provide an exact photo for me to duplicate. Some of the most rewarding projects have utilized many different images, combining favorite aspects into one work.

Pet portraits are a beautiful way to remember a special friend. The paintings are done in pastels, a durable, versatile medium that is perfect for the look of fur. I work from photographs so that we can do it all through the mail, or email, if necessary, (although hard copies are best).
I can combine photos to create group portraits, and I can paint pets who have gone on to their reward, depending on the pictures I have to work with. I can take the red out of the eyes or the grey out of his muzzle. And if you're local, I can come by and help take some photographs id you need me.
The one compliment I get more than all the others, is that I can capture the spirit of an animal. When you look into his eyes, you can see his personality looking back at you. Then, if you like, you can add a favorite toy, a scarf, pillow or anything else you can think of to make your portrait even more personal and special.
It's my mission in life to bring joy and/or comfort to pet owners everywhere, and to celebrate all animals, wild or domestic, with my paintings. This is, without doubt, the best job in the world.
